Somehow, I’ve been named a top global influencer and thought leader on these topics. Maybe it’s my content, my experience and unconventional approaches, or my audacity to say what’s on my mind. You be the judge.

So why larrikin? Well, Larrikin is an Australian term that means a person with apparent disregard for convention, who is unorthodox or independent-minded, or who is mischievous but good-hearted. I feel this sums me up pretty nicely.

I co-host a gameshow-esque series called #Twenty20ish with Michael Mattson, which is a blast if you want to discover the best CX leaders in the industry in a rapid-fire way. I love creating awesome content that brings people together and makes me and the people around me better for it.

On occasion, I’ve also been lucky enough to be featured in numerous publications, including The Wall Street Journal and The Australian. I studied design thinking at D.school, Stanford University and am a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
