What’s the difference between Individual and Business Membership?+
Individual Membership gives you full personal access to the ACXPA platform — all tools, live sessions, training, and community.
Business Membership gives you a pool of Individual Member seats to allocate to your team, plus additional team deployment resources like facilitation guides, business continuity templates, and multi-user tools.
If you’re a solo practitioner or building your own capability, Individual is the right choice. If you need to equip 5 or more people, Business Membership is better value per person.
Can I share my login with colleagues?+
No. Individual Memberships are for single-user access only and cannot be shared.
If you need to give colleagues access, you’ll need a Business Membership — which gives each person their own login and is more cost-effective than buying Individual Memberships separately (from $99/person vs $197 each).
What tools are Business Membership-only?+
Individual Members get access to almost everything. The Business-only resources are designed for team deployment:

Yes. Individual Memberships renew annually, and you can cancel at any time through your account dashboard. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
If I upgrade to Business Membership later, what happens to my Individual Membership?+
Contact us at enquiries@acxpa.com.au and we’ll help you transition smoothly. In most cases, one of the Business Membership seats covers you, so you won’t need to maintain a separate individual membership. We’ll handle any pro-rata adjustments.

How long does Individual Membership last?+
Individual Memberships run for 12 months and renew annually. You can manage renewal or cancellation through your account dashboard at any time.

Yes. All self-paced courses include quizzes, and you receive a downloadable certificate upon passing. Industry Knowledge Quizzes also provide certificates — ideal for verifiable professional development.
What’s the difference between my Subscriber access and Individual Membership?+
