Launching in 2025, the ACXPA Customer Experience Excellence Awards are poised to be the most prestigious awards in Australia to recognise excellence in Contact Centres, Customer Service, Digital Service and Customer Experience (CX).

We’re adapting awards best practices from award programs worldwide to make the ACXPA Awards like no other in Australia. High-calibre judges with proven industry experience and a rigorous judging process will set a new benchmark for integrity and excellence.
