We set out to build a world-class website to provide our members with maximum value when they join as a member, and to help everyone in the business community and the Australian public learn more about the great work people who work in customer management related roles do on a daily basis.
But even we don’t get it right all the time!
With a very complex website behind the scenes with different experiences for members based on their membership type, as well as events calendars, ticketing, multiple directories, podcasts and videos, downloads, gamification and more, from time to time things don’t go quite to plan!
