ACXPA Practitioner Advisory Boards
One of the primary objectives of the Australian Customer Experience Professionals Association (ACXPA) is to ensure we provide guidance, support and resources to the people that matter the most – the people actively working in the industry. And the best people to know what is needed is, of course, the people doing the job!
The ACXPA Practitioner Advisory Boards ensure we have a great cross-section of the various roles within our industry to help provide the association with insight into the unique challenges they are facing and to ensure that ACXPA provides the appropriate resources, support and leadership to help others in similar roles and functions.
Because whilst externally many of our roles and functions are often ‘clumped’ together, within the industry we know that there are incredibly diverse and unique challenges that we all face. Even within contact centres, managing a micro contact centre (up to 20 seats) is very different to running a large contact centre with 500 agents. Likewise with workforce planning, digital experience, employee experience and so on.
The ACXPA Practitioner Advisory Boards are divided into the key functions within our industry and each board is dedicated to a particular function with the members:
- Representing the voice of that role or function within our industry.
- Assisting with content related to their area of expertise to ensure we provide members with the guidance, support and experience they need to excel.
- Assisting with managing the Support Forums and Private Groups related to their experience.
All of the ACXPA Practitioners Advisory Board Members volunteer their time, experience, expertise and insight to help our industry flourish and we are proud to publicly recognise their contributions below (in no particular order).
