Tina has over 15 years of experience in customer service, training, and data analysis. She is the Customer Experience (CX) Manager at SG Fleet, a leading provider of mobility solutions and fleet management services.

Additionally, she is proud to be a CXPA Professional Member, demonstrating her commitment to the customer experience profession and its best practices.

In her current role, she oversees and manages the CX strategy for the Novated Leasing business across the SG Fleet group, ensuring proactive and responsive service delivery to both customers and clients.

Tina’s core competencies include strategic planning and forecasting, research and data analysis, stakeholder management, team leadership, service improvement, and training development and delivery. She is passionate about enhancing the customer journey and creating value for both customers and clients.

She joined ACXPA to help build her knowledge and share tips and tricks, as well as help to bring more visibility to what CX means for businesses and service industries.
