Do you work in a Customer Experience role and want an easy way to hear from others working in CX to stay on top of industry insights, share ideas and increase your knowledge?

Our live CX Community Roundtables enable you to hear from a leading expert each fortnight working in a CX role, plus you’ll have the opportunity to meet with other CX professionals all without any vendor’s sales pitches!

Just an opportunity to connect and interact with other industry peers working in CX roles who, just like you, are keen to expand and share their knowledge and network in a safe and welcoming place.

Whether it’s some tips on how to solve a current issue, gaining some insights into what others are doing, being inspired with some thought leadership, or if you want to stay across what’s happening in the industry, the live CX Community Roundtables are here to help!

Live CX Community Roundtables Fast Facts

  • Held every fortnight on Wednesdays, 12:30 to 13:30 AEST

  • Hear from a leading CX Practitioner each fortnight in a live interview, plus have the opportunity to interact directly with the featured guest to ask questions and dive into areas of further interest. 

  • In addition to our featured interview, there will be a chance to interact with other CX Professionals to ask questions, share insights etc 

  • The session is moderated so you are free to just observe or contribute to the discussions. 

  • Completely free to attend.

  • Open to anyone working in CX who’s keen to learn more and connect with others.

  • The sessions are not recorded so it’s a safe place to chat, ask questions and eat your lunch at the same time!

Who is it suitable for?

CX is certainly a large sector and it seems like every week a new job title emerges! We’d like to welcome anyone who works in and around customer experience to the Live CX Community Roundtables including (but not exclusive to):

  • Chief Customer Officer
  • Head of CX
  • CX Director
  • Customer Experience Manager
  • Customer Experience Consultant
  • CX Program Manager
  • CX Insights Lead/Manager
  • CX Analyst
  • And any role that focuses on the experience for customers!

We may splinter into more niche groups in time, but as we build the community we can all learn from each other, regardless of the job title.

How to Join

There is no cost to join, but we do ask that you subscribe so we can communicate with you about the upcoming session topics, Zoom link etc. as well as provide you with access to some other exclusive benefits.
