Julie-Anne has many years’ experience working as a consultant in Europe, America, Canada, South America, South Africa and the Asia Pacific region. She has extensive knowledge in implementing best practice Workforce Optimisation, particularly in the areas of Workforce Management, Performance Management and Quality.
Julie-Anne is highly regarded as the leading voice in Workforce Optimisation in Australia and is a regular contributor to various conferences, panels and industry events and has coached and trained many WFO professionals around the world!
In her spare time, Julie-Anne is a cyclist and triathlete. She has represented Australia and Ireland in the age group triathlon world championships 6 times, lead the Australian Veloroos team, has broken numerous long-standing records and in 2019 she rode every stage of the Tour de France, one day ahead of the professional men, to highlight the need for more gender equality in the sport of cycling.
