With 13 years’ experience on the frontline managing contact centre operations in Australia and Europe on behalf of some world-renowned brands, he is now dedicated to transforming businesses through the innovation and cutting edge application of cloud contact centre and customer experience technology.
Glendon’s passions lie in business growth through customer acquisition, employee experience and most of all, effective, meaningful and life-changing leadership.
With a total 17 years’ experience in the industry, he is dedicated to the growth and progression of the contact centre, customer experience and employee experience industry.
