What does the Employee Goal Tracker do?
It keeps every coaching goal on track. Agree a SMART goal with each team member, book the next check-in and get an email reminder, so no follow-up slips through.
It's included with an ACXPA Business Membership, for every team leader in your team.
How do check-in reminders work?
Each goal has a next check-in date. At 7am the day before and on the day, the team leader gets one email listing every check-in that's due. On Monday mornings there's also a summary of any check-ins that are overdue.
How do I see progress on a goal?
Each goal has a starting value, a current value and a target. Log the latest number with each check-in note, and the tracker shows how far along the goal is, with a chart of every check-in.
It also flags goals that look at risk, such as when progress is behind the time that's gone. It suggests a status but never changes it for you.
Can I export goals and check-ins?
Yes. Export the list to Excel, or open any goal and export it as a PDF.
