How this is calculated

Fully loaded annual cost = base wage + superannuation + other on-costs + overhead. The per hour and per minute figures divide that annual cost by your paid time (fully-loaded basis) or by your productive time — paid time minus shrinkage — when you switch the toggle. Leave sits inside shrinkage, so the productive view reflects the hours you actually get. All defaults are editable; itemise them for a sharper number.
