How do ACXPA AI Credits work?
What are ACXPA AI Credits?
They're how ACXPA measures use of its AI tools: the Customer Response Coach, the Complaints Coach and the Team Leader Coach, plus the AI tools still to come.
Each time someone uses one, it takes a set number of credits from the team's shared balance. One balance covers every tool.
How many credits does each use take?
- A coached reply, or a written coaching plan1

- A live practice call (up to 8 minutes), with feedback50
A live call costs more because a real-time voice conversation costs far more to run than written text.
How many does our team get?
Every Business Membership includes a monthly allowance, shared by everyone the organisation gives a membership to:
- Business 5150 a month
- Business 10250 a month
- Business 25500 a month
- Business 50750 a month
- Business 1001,000 a month
Included credits reset on the 1st of each month, and unused ones don't carry over.
Individual Members get 10 coached replies a month in the Customer Response Coach and Complaints Coach. Subscribers get 1 to try.
What happens when they run out?
The AI tools pause for the whole team until the included credits reset on the 1st, unless the membership owner has bought more.
When the balance runs low, team members see a Let your membership owner know button inside the tools that emails the owner in one click. The owner is also emailed automatically when credits run low, and again if they run out.
How do we get more?
Only the membership owner can buy credits, from Buy AI Credits in their Account menu. Packs start at 500 credits for A$49 ex GST.
Purchased credits are shared by every seat, used once the monthly included credits run out, and stay valid until the membership renews.
Can the owner see who used what?
Yes. The owner's AI Usage Dashboard shows how many credits each person used, by tool and by month.
It shows counts only. Practice scores, and what people write or say in the tools, aren't shown.
Why does ACXPA use credits?
Good AI is expensive. Every coached reply, practice session and live call costs ACXPA real money to run, and live voice calls cost the most.
We didn't want to raise membership prices to cover it. That would make every member pay more, including teams that rarely use the AI tools.
Credits keep it fair. Every Business Membership includes a monthly allowance, teams that use more can top up, and we can keep bringing leading AI tools to members.
