Got questions about the Team Leader Coach?

What does the Team Leader Coach do?

It helps you walk into every coaching conversation ready. Pick one of 14 coaching scenarios, tell the coach about your team member and the situation, and get a plan for that exact conversation, with a suggested flow and language built on GROW, STAR and SMART.

Can I practise the conversation before I have it?

Yes, with a Business Membership seat, for 12 of the 14 scenarios. Behavioural or conduct issues and returning from extended leave are plan-only, because those conversations should involve HR.

Practise by chat or on a live voice call with an AI team member who reacts like a real person, at Easy, Realistic or Hard, with an optional hidden curveball to uncover. Live calls need a microphone.

What feedback do I get after practising?

A score out of 10, the key moments and what to do differently. You can redo a moment and see your progress across runs.

What happens to the goals we agree?

Business seats can add the agreed goal to the Employee Goal Tracker in one click. If the conversation hasn't happened yet, it's saved as a Draft; if you've already agreed it, it's saved as active.

You can also save any plan to your member profile.

Who can use it?

Every seat in a Business Membership gets plans plus live practice. Individual Members and Vendor Membership seats can write conversation plans. It isn't available to visitors or free subscribers.

How do AI credits work with the Team Leader Coach?

Each use draws on ACXPA AI Credits: 1 for a plan, 5 for chat practice and 50 for a live call. Individual Members and Vendor seats use their 10 credits a month, while Business seats use the organisation's monthly credits.

Account owners can see usage per person on the AI Usage Dashboard. It shows counts only, never scores.
