James Roth is currently the Chief Experience Officer at IVE DDC, Board Member, and Digital Business Strategist with an extensive track record spanning over 25 years. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded business expansion, enhanced customer satisfaction, and driven growth across diverse industries such as financial services, utilities, retail, and not-for-profits.
His leadership roles include serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer at IVE Group, where he leveraged his expertise to elevate sales, operations, and customer-centric initiatives.
With a keen eye for identifying business challenges, James excels in guiding teams to develop innovative solutions, driving strategic decisions, and harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to accelerate business success.
James is also a seasoned advisory board member and founding member of the Australian Loyalty Association (ALA), which was established in 2014.
As a key contributor to ALA’s mission, he has played a key role in providing thought leadership, fostering education, and facilitating networking opportunities for professionals in Loyalty & Customer Engagement.
The association has grown to encompass over 4,000 members, further solidifying its position as a leading industry body.
James is thrilled to bring his skills to help with the growth of ACXPA and progress the Customer Experience industry in Australia.
