Over the past 15 years, Brady has worked across the intersection of customer experience, technology, and service design. He’s led enterprise-wide CX transformation programs, developed digital products, and brought AI capabilities into contact centres and service teams.
He is most energised when working closely with business, operations, and technology leaders to translate strategy into outcomes that customers can actually feel.
What drives Brady is a belief that technology should serve people—not the other way around. He is passionate about using AI in a way that is ethical, context-aware, and aligned with real-world customer needs. He cares deeply about ensuring digital solutions are grounded in purpose, backed by evidence, and delivered in a way that respects the complexity of customer and staff journeys alike.
Brady joined the ACXPA Advisory Board because he believes we need more independent, practitioner-led leadership in the CX space—especially as the industry moves rapidly toward AI and automation. He sees a huge opportunity to elevate how we design, measure, and manage customer interactions, but believes this requires shared standards, honest conversations, and practical guidance.
