Your Insights. The Industry's Attention.
ACXPA runs two live monthly Roundtables — one for CX professionals, one for Contact Centre leaders. Each session is a fast-paced, expert panel discussion tackling real challenges facing our industry. No slides, no sponsors, no sales pitches. Just sharp, unfiltered conversation from people who've lived it.
What Are the ACXPA Roundtables?
Before asking you to join the panel, here's what you're actually signing up for.
Our monthly Roundtables are live, online panel discussions — think less formal webinar, more genuine industry conversation. Each session brings together three to five practitioners and specialists to tackle a specific CX or contact centre topic, drawing on real-world experience rather than theory or vendor talking points.
The format is deliberately conversational. Our host guides the discussion, but panellists drive it. There's no script, no PowerPoint, and no sponsored agenda. Just honest perspectives from people who have actually lived the challenges being discussed.
Every session is recorded, transcribed, and published to our searchable archive — so the conversation keeps reaching new members long after the live show ends.
CX Roundtable on the first Wednesday, Contact Centre Roundtable on the second.
A rotating mix of practitioners and specialists — different voices and angles every session.
Topics are shaped by what ACXPA members are actually grappling with — not vendor agendas.
Searchable transcripts, key moments, and executive summaries published after every session.
More Than a Speaking Slot. A Platform That Keeps Working.
Every session is recorded, transcribed, searchable, and permanently archived — your contribution reaches far beyond the live audience.
A Genuinely Engaged Audience
ACXPA members tune in because the content directly affects their work. You're speaking to practitioners who are actively looking for better ideas and real-world perspectives.
Build Your Thought Leadership Profile
Your name, role and insights live permanently in our searchable archive. Every time a member searches a topic you've covered, your contribution surfaces and keeps working for you.
Searchable Transcripts & Key Moments
We transcribe every session and extract key moments — your sharpest insights are highlighted and keyword-searchable. Members can jump straight to what you said, not just scrub through a recording.
Connect With Peers at Your Level
Roundtable panels bring together practitioners and specialists working at the sharp end of CX and contact centres. The conversations before and after the show are often as valuable as the session itself.
An Independent, Trusted Stage
ACXPA is practitioner-led and vendor-neutral. Being on the panel signals credibility — you're here because of the quality of your thinking, not a sponsorship budget.
We Set You Up to Shine
We share the topic, talking points and pre-submitted member questions ahead of time so you can reflect and come in confident. No surprises — just a well-prepared conversation where you can bring your best.
Your Insights Don't Disappear After the Live Show
Every Roundtable session is processed into a fully searchable archive entry — complete with timestamped transcripts, highlighted key moments, executive summaries, and keyword tagging.
- Full searchable transcript — every word indexed and keyword-searchable by members
- Key Moments highlighted — your sharpest insights extracted and timestamped so members can jump straight to them
- Executive summary published — a structured summary of the session's key takeaways alongside the recording
- Promoted to the full member base — emailed to all members and posted across social when each session goes live

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before applying.
Is there any cost to participate?
For ACXPA members, there's no additional cost to participate — it's included as part of your membership. If you're not yet a member, you'll need to join first; you can view membership options and pricing here. Once you're a member, participating as a panellist is completely free — we handle the recording, editing, transcription, promotion and archive production at no extra cost to you.
Do I need to be an ACXPA member?
Yes — and here's why. The Roundtables are an ACXPA member initiative, and panellists are part of the broader ACXPA community. Membership gives you access to the full archive of past sessions, connects you with Australia's largest network of CX and contact centre professionals, and ensures the panel reflects genuine practitioners invested in raising industry standards. If you're not yet a member, you can view membership options here.
I'm a vendor or consultant — can I apply?
Yes. We welcome vendors and consultants who can contribute genuine, vendor-neutral insight. Sessions must focus on practical expertise rather than promoting specific products or services — but if you've got real experience to share, we'd love to hear from you.
Will I know the questions in advance?
We share the session topic and key talking points two weeks out, along with a selection of questions pre-submitted by ACXPA members so you have a feel for what's on the community's mind. But the Roundtables are designed to be fluid and conversational — we're not working from a script. Our host will guide the discussion naturally, and you'll never be forced to answer anything you're not comfortable with.
How often will I be on the panel?
As a panellist in our pool, you can expect to appear on roughly three to four sessions per year. We match panellists to sessions based on topic fit and your availability — you confirm each time, so there's no ongoing commitment.
Can I get approval before the session goes live?
The Roundtables are recorded live, so there's no post-recording approval window. That said, we share the topic and talking points well in advance — if your organisation requires internal sign-off, you'll have time to obtain it before the session. We're not A Current Affair; our goal is to give you a platform to share your expertise.
What happens to the recording after the session?
Every session is transcribed, key moments are extracted, and an executive summary is published alongside the recording in our permanent searchable archive. We also promote each new session to the full ACXPA member base via email and social media.
What topics work well?
Real-world experience, lessons learned, emerging trends, practical frameworks, and honest takes on the challenges facing CX and contact centre professionals. If it would make a great conversation at an industry event, it'll make a great Roundtable topic.
