🧩 How It Works
We host two live Roundtable sessions every month:
- CX Roundtable – First Wednesday of the month, 14:00–15:00 (AEST)
- Contact Centres Roundtable – First Thursday of the month, 14:00–15:00 (AEST)
Once you're approved as one of our rotating panellists, you’ll be invited to participate in future shows based on your availability and fit for the topics we’re covering. We aim for the right balance of voices — across practitioner/vendor backgrounds and subject matter strengths — so every session stays sharp, relevant and fresh.
Here’s how the rhythm works:
- ✅ 3 weeks out: We’ll email all potential panellists to check availability for the upcoming session
- 🎯 2 weeks out: Selected panellists receive the agenda, talking points, and discussion themes — giving you time to reflect, gather any examples or stats, and come in feeling confident
- 📩 1 day before: We’ll send through any pre-submitted questions from ACXPA Members so you can see what’s top of mind in the community
- 🎬 On the day: Panellists log in at 13:30 for a quick tech check and pre-show briefing
- 🎙️ Live show: We go live at 14:00 sharp — and wrap up by 15:00
We do the heavy lifting — so you can just show up and bring your best. If you’re available and the topics align, you’ll be on the panel. No death-by-PowerPoint. No endless prep. Just smart, sharp conversations with real industry impact.
