ACXPA Rewards Program
Gamification can be a powerful weapon for your employees whether they are on the phones, in the store or behind a keyboard.
But why should they have all the fun???
The ACXPA website uses gamification to recognise and reward all ACXPA Members for increasing their own skills and knowledge and by helping and supporting other members in the ACXPA online community.
From responding to a topic in our Private Member Groups, sharing some information to help others, commenting on an article or even just ‘liking’ a post written by another member – there are lots of ways to earn rewards.
Members can also earn rewards as they increase their knowledge – from reading articles, joining groups, enhancing their member profile and more.
We’ve included a range of ways to be rewarded – from exclusive member badges, ACXPA merchandise and discounts to training courses and events and more!

How to earn ACXPA Coins
ACXPA Coins are awarded for a whole range of activities across the website. The more ACXPA Coins you have, the more rewards and higher ranks you can achieve!
Earning ACXPA Coins from setting up your profile

Earn the Active Poster Badge for posting on your Activity Dashboard. On your Activity Dashboard, you can post anything from a question, your favourite quote, a poll, gif, video and lots more!

Our authors put a lot of time and energy into writing articles to help educate, challenge our thinking or inspire to take a moment and add a comment on any article to earn your Added Comments badge so check out some articles now >
Avid Reader
Start reading articles written by our amazing Guest Authors to start earning your Avid Reader Badges - the more you read, the higher the badge colour!
Frequent Flyer
Earn your Frequent Flyer Badge by visiting the site on a regular base. The more times you visit, the higher your badge! Note that only one visit per day is counted.
Published Author
To earn your Author badge, simply submit an article for approval - the more article you publish, the higher the Author Badge recognition!
Help Champion
Respond to any Member Forums topic to earn your Help Champion Badge - Gold, Silver and Bronze available.
Follows Others
To earn your Followers Badge, follow other members to stay across their latest activity. The more members you follow, the higher your badge colour!
Has Followers
Be followed by other members and earn your Has Followers badge - the more followers you have, the higher the badge colour!
Added Skills
Add a skill to your My Skills widget to let others know about your strengths and earn your 'Added Skills’ Badge.
Advanced Profile
Earn 4 of your profile badges and you'll be awarded the Advanced Profile Gem that unlocks some special powers...
Biography
To earn your Biography Badge, add an overview/summary of yourself on your About Me widget.
Favourite Quote
Add a new quote to your profile that can inspire others. It can be from yourself, your favourite author, a movie quote etc
