Adam has over 30 years experience working in marketing and business development, initially in the energy industry but for the last 25 years has specialised in professional services and more specifically, legal services. While managing key accounts has been a big part of his career, Adam stepped into a client insights role about 15 years ago and has been working in client feedback and insights for at least part of his roles ever since.
Adam joined ACXPA due to a strong interest in the client experience and has had some involvement with client journey mapping also along the way.
He is hoping to connect with like minded individuals who work day in day out gaining greater insights on the logical and emotional interactions that clients have with brands, and how these can be simplified and improved and how service can also be improved despite challenging cost and resourcing conditions at times.
