In her current role as VP Sales at Engage Hub, Irene partners with clients across industries including government, retail, financial services, and sport. She specialises in leveraging automation, AI, and data-driven insights to transform customer journeys and improve operational efficiency.
Throughout her career, Irene has held roles spanning operations, digital product strategy, and account leadership. She is known for her ability to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, delivering impactful results through collaboration and a deep understanding of evolving customer needs. Her work has contributed to long-standing client relationships that speak to her professionalism, creativity, and results-oriented mindset.
Irene joined the ACXPA NSW State Board to contribute to shaping the future of customer experience in Australia. She is passionate about sharing knowledge, supporting fellow professionals, and helping to elevate the importance of CX across all sectors. ACXPA represents a vibrant, forward-thinking community where meaningful progress happens — and she is excited to be part of that.
Outside of her professional life, Irene enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, cooking for her extended family, and following all things motor racing and Greek television dramas. She looks forward to contributing to the ACXPA community.
