In 2019, Matt started SMAART Recruitment in Adelaide which has now grown to be one of the go-to recruitment agencies for Contact Centre, Business Support and Sales in Adelaide.
Matt is a “Recruitment leader of the year” top 5 finalist, a member of the RCSA local committee and former chairperson of the South Australian Auscontact committee.
