Are you a Customer Experience professional and would like to hear from others working in CX to stay on top of industry insights, share ideas and increase your knowledge?
Our live CX Community Roundtables enable you to hear from a leading CX expert each month, who will share their insights, knowledge and experience to help you learn.
Whether you’re looking to pick up some tips on how to solve a current issue you’re facing or hear about the latest best practices from Martech, AI, Customer Survey Design, branding, Advertising, Journey Mapping, and more, each session will include an approximately 40-minute discussion with our guest, followed by an open Q&A session with all attendees, where you are welcome to ask questions, comment, etc.
There are no sales pitches or vendor-sponsored content – the sessions are all designed to help share industry best practices to help our profession flourish.
The live CX Community Roundtables are free to attend, and ACXPA members have the added benefit of accessing all the prior CX Roundtables in their Video Library and downloading the presentation slides.

He is a CCXP-certified Customer Experience leader who works with Australia’s largest enterprise-level clients to assist them with turning their data into insights, then using these insights to craft outstanding customer experiences, leading to sustainable competitive advantage.
Kevin has been a Practitioner Board Member (both Data & Analytics and Customer Experience boards) since ACXPA’s inception.
Kevin has a deep passion for connecting with like-minded data geeks and CX nerds who are equally passionate about turning delicious data into amazing Customer Experience.
