She's a firm believer in aligning tech investments with CX strategy, empowering staff through education, and using prototypes to bring future-state customer experiences to life.
Previously, Edwina led the Product Design team at WorkSafe Victoria and headed up the Insights team at Asahi Lifestyle Beverages, placing the consumer at the heart of decision-making using insights intelligence. Based on the picturesque Victorian Bellarine Peninsula, Edwina is a regular voice on LinkedIn, sharing her mission to empower the CX community to build a better world through meaningful conversations.
