As a CCXP-certified expert, Kevin specialises in using data-driven strategies to craft outstanding customer experiences that deliver a sustainable competitive advantage.

As the host of the CX Roundtables, Kevin facilitates engaging discussions with top industry professionals, sharing insights on topics such as AI, customer strategy, Martech, and digital transformation.

An active contributor to the industry, Kevin has been a Practitioner Board Member for both the Data & Analytics and Customer Experience boards since ACXPA’s inception. He is also a Salesforce CRM Marketing Cloud “Ranger” and is passionate about leveraging technology to help marketers bring their CX strategies to life.

Experience Director
Edwina Olver is a dynamic CX leader with over 15 years of experience in the CX world - wearing many hats as a CX strategist, insights manager, product designer, digital technology consultant and agile coach. As the Experience Director at global strategy studio, Untangld, she spearheads the Australian Experience practice, guiding businesses from fast-paced startups to established players in crafting innovative CX strategies that deliver lasting and real business impact.

With a passion for fusing human intelligence with technology, Edwina has led transformative CX strategic programs, delivered digital transformation masterclasses, and driven product strategy enhancements across government, insurance, finance and retail industries. She's a firm believer in aligning tech investments with CX strategy, empowering staff through education, and using prototypes to bring future-state customer experiences to life.

Previously, Edwina led the Product Design team at WorkSafe Victoria and headed up the Insights team at Asahi Lifestyle Beverages, placing the consumer at the heart of decision-making using insights intelligence. Based on the picturesque Victorian Bellarine Peninsula, Edwina is a regular voice on LinkedIn, sharing her mission to empower the CX community to build a better world through meaningful conversations.
