Who are the presenters?

We aim to bring a broad mix of presenters — including ACXPA Advisory Board members, experienced leaders across the key disciplines (contact centres, CX, digital, customer service), and experts from outside the industry who can challenge how we think and operate.

Presenters may include practitioners, consultants, and vendors with deep domain experience.

Technology moves fast, so some sessions may include “next-practice” demonstrations or proof-of-concept examples — however, all presenters are expected to educate, not sell. No sales pitches.
