Do I need to be an ACXPA member to present?
No. We want to hear from the best people in the industry regardless of membership status. We'd love you to join — and are happy to discuss a discount — but it's not a requirement.
How much time does it actually take?
The recording session is typically around 40 minutes total — setup plus the session itself. Add a short briefing call beforehand and you're looking at under two hours all up.
Can I review the recording before it goes live?
Absolutely. If you need internal sign-off or simply want to check how it came out, we'll send you a private viewing link. Nothing goes live until you're happy.
Will I be asked questions I haven't prepared for?
For the Interview/Q&A format we'll work with you in advance so you know what ground we'll cover. We're not 60 Minutes — we're giving you a platform to shine.
Can I include slides or visuals?
Yes. Send your slides through at least 24 hours before and we'll load them into our platform and control them for you — so you can focus entirely on presenting.
Are there any content restrictions?
Member Bytes are vendor-neutral. Any topic relevant to CX, contact centres or customer service is welcome, but we don't allow promotion of specific products or services within sessions.
What topics work well?
Best practice tips, how-to guides, case studies, research findings, frameworks, lessons learned, and emerging trends. If it would make a great conference session, it'll make a great Member Byte.
What are the technical requirements?
Just a reliable internet connection. Recording happens via a browser-based link — no software to download. We recommend a headset and good lighting, but we'll guide you through everything on the day.
