Leanne Allan brings with her over 30 years of experience in the Superannuation Industry, where ‘members are always at the heart.’
With an extensive array of roles under her belt, Leanne has honed her skills in delivering end-to-end customer experience design and service delivery. She excels both on the front-of-house (multi-channel contact centre and digital) and on the back-of-house (transactional and supporting functions).
Leanne’s unwavering passion lies in creating and delivering a top-tier member and customer experience. She firmly believes that her additional drive for continuous improvement of services and processes, guided by qualitative and quantitative data, are intrinsically linked.
Leanne’s fervour led her to the Higher Education Sector, with ‘student at the centre,’ where she undertook the responsibility of overseeing the strategic leadership, management, and operations of the multi-channel contact centre for prospective and current students.
Leanne is a strong advocate for the belief that positive employee experiences and the professional development of employees play a pivotal role in providing the foundational support necessary to achieve a positive customer experience. She takes great pride in her current role as a member of the ACXPA QLD Committee.
Leanne firmly holds the conviction that the abundance of industry insights, expert resources, and training opportunities that ACXPA offers will undeniably play an integral and invaluable role in nurturing the professional development of all staff members who contribute to the creation and delivery of customer experiences and she is looking forward to working on the committee for our Queensland members.
