How to Access the Self-paced Training Courses
ACXPA offers two options to access self-paced training courses for either yourself or your employees:
1. 20 Self-paced Training Courses & Skills Videos
All ACXPA Individual Memberships include access to 15 self-paced training courses and 5 micro-learning (1-minute) skills videos.
These range from customer service, handling difficult conversations, leadership and more.
The self-paced courses contain a video, workbook and action plan, along with an online assessment that on completion, will enable you to download a certificate of achievement.
ACXPA Individual Members also have access to a Video Library of expert presentations covering a wide range of topics in short, sharp presentations, enabling you to learn about current topics, thought leadership and more.
2. Access the Full Course Library
For a low annual cost per person, you can access our full library of over 300 self-paced courses that can be accessed 24/7.
It’s a fully contained Learning Management System (LMS) – whether its for yourself, or you want to allocate and manage courses for the entire team.
From short micro-learning skills videos (1 minute) to structured pathways, including videos, workbooks and quizzes, you’ll have access to the full library with online certificates issued for each course pathway you complete.

Three Choices of Live Training
When it comes to training for yourself or your employees, we offer a range of flexible options to ensure you get the best value for your investment.
1. Public Training Courses
We hold regular public training courses, for which you can purchase a single ticket or send groups of employees.
You can select from a wide range of courses, including frontline customer service, call centre, workforce optimisation, customer experience, and lots more!
The public courses are held on fixed dates and times, enabling you to schedule ahead.
Private Training Courses
Private training courses are just for your employees and can offer great flexibility with dates, times and content. We have a range of pre-built courses on our CX Skills website suitable for a range of roles, or we can custom-design a course just for you.
Onsite or Online/Virtual
All our live-facilitated training courses are delivered by CX Skills and can be delivered onsite (at your premises) or online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
We understand that there are preferences for both styles of training, so you are able to decide what method will suit your objectives better.
As there are fewer overheads with onsite training (travel time & costs), online training is typically a more cost-effective solution.
