We only collect your personal information from you, unless your organisation provides us with your personal information so you can receive an ACXPA membership through your organisation. We do not request or collect your sensitive information from anyone without your consent.

We may send you marketing materials and information about offers and promotions, and our products and services, available through your membership and with your consent. We will not use any sensitive information we collect from you for direct marketing without your prior consent. If you do not provide accurate and complete personal information to us, you may not be able to join as an ACXPA member, receive any or all products or services from us, participate in events or forums (online or in-person) or submit content to us for publication on the Website. We may disclose your personal information to our partner websites (such as CX Skills and the ACXPA Supplier Directory), ACXPA Vendor Members (if you have provided your consent), third parties that help us provide our services to you (such as our cloud server providers, hosts of events, venues or online platforms, and contractors we engage from time to time).
