ACXPA FAQs
A practitioner-led community for CX, contact centres and customer service — built for outcomes
ACXPA exists to lift customer experience, contact centre and customer service standards — because real improvement happens when CX, operations, technology and people are aligned.
We publish free resources (articles, glossary content and practical guides) to support the wider industry. Our hubs are also open to everyone — members simply unlock deeper tools, benchmarks, downloads and training.
About ACXPA
What is ACXPA?
ACXPA is a practitioner-led industry association focused on improving customer outcomes across customer experience, contact centres and customer service. We prioritise practical, standards-aligned guidance — not sales-led content.
What makes ACXPA different?
- Breadth across domains: CX, contact centres, customer service and operational capability — because these must align to drive real change.
- Practitioner-led: built for people accountable for outcomes, not for funnels.
- Standards-focused: structured guidance you can implement, not just consume.
- Vendor-neutral: we don’t exist to sell you technology.
Does ACXPA put everything behind a paywall?
No. ACXPA publishes a range of free resources — including articles and glossary content — because our objective is to support and uplift the industry. Membership unlocks deeper hubs, tools, benchmarks and member-only resources.
When was ACXPA launched?
ACXPA launched publicly on International CX Day — 4 October 2022.
