Referred to as Australia’s leading customer service expert, Jaquie is the Founder and CEO of ServiceQ a company whose purpose at is to help organisations transform their customer service culture by developing conscious leaders, engaged employees and loyal customers.
With a vision to change the way businesses think and behave when it comes to service, Jaquie and her team at ServiceQ, work with leaders across all industries to help transform their team’s mindset, behaviours, habits, and ultimately elevate their service culture.
Her unique teachings reveal a deep appreciation for the human side of the business. Through practical experiences, she has built a philosophy that concentrates on the leaders of the organisations first, equipping them to spread the service mindset throughout their organisation in tangible and measurable ways.
