The ACXPA Victoria State Advisory Boards help to organise local events such as site tours and networking events as well as providing a local industry voice and input into the national ACXPA strategy.
For 2024, ACXPA Victoria is led by Andrew Jacques, who has decades of experience working in the industry across a range of industries, including Telco, Digital, Hardware, Media, and Retail Energy.
Andrew is passionate about ensuring customers get a great experience when dealing with companies, and he’s thrilled to lead the ACXPA Victoria Advisory Board to help others understand what great CX looks like and to help operationalise this into their businesses.
