ACXPA Queensland Advisory Board

If one state comes to mind for having a passionate contact centre community, it’s Queensland!

The home of numerous contact centres scattered across the state from Brisbane, Gold Coast, Townsville, Maroochydore and more, there are literally tens of thousands of people that work in the contact centre industry in Queensland.

Of course, Customer Experience (CX) is also growing in stature as businesses (and individuals) look to arm themselves with skills that can transform a business to generate more profit, higher retention etc built off the back of providing great customer experiences.

The ACXPA QLD Advisory Board will provide a local voice for our industry to ensure they get the resources and assistance they need and to help to coordinate local networking events, site tours and more.

As we have just recently launched, we are seeking passionate individuals to be part of history and join our inaugural local ACXPA Queensland Advisory Board to help progress the industry and truly make a difference in your State.
