As Enterprise Account Executive at Staffbase, I help organisations create stronger, more inspired and better-connected workplaces.
If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you’ll know I’m obsessed with effective communication — so I’m thrilled to have joined a company whose mission is to “help organisations unlock the power of inspirational communication so they can thrive in the Narrative Age.”
🌟 Best Career Advice I’ve Received
I can’t say I have any one piece, so here are a couple:
1. Early in my team leader career when I was having challenges with my team, my manager told me "If you’re too hard on the team, you’ll end up on your own." Huge impact.
2. A national leader during a Contact Centre Leader of the Year briefing once told me: The biggest part of leadership is the ability to have confronting conversations supportively.

💡 Something I Wish Others Knew About My Role or the Industry
The Contact Centre and Customer Service industry is one of the most underappreciated industries in the world. People are too often too compliant about it, and too complacent in it, but the shared bond is rich.
🤣 A Funny Fact or Story About Myself
I started on the phones in 2006 in an outbound life insurance sales team. I was really a wedge job to save money for the contact centre industry I helped to build. The year or so I was on the phone, I sold fairly well, given my dress-down friends, helped his team leader win a holiday to Hamilton Island.
It also may have caused me to cling to the floor of some dodgy backpacker hostels in the early days!

Outside with my kids and my elderly doggo as much time with them as possible.
