Thinking of upgrading? Here’s what you unlock.

As a Subscriber, you get a curated set of tools, insights, and reports. Full membership unlocks the complete ACXPA platform — including the newest practitioner-led assets built for real-world CX and contact centre operations.

What’s the difference between Subscriber and Full Member access?

Subscribers can access selected content and stay connected to ACXPA. Full Members get the full suite — including the Call Centre Hub, CX Hub, maturity assessments, the Complaints Handling Toolkit, private groups, deeper tools and dashboards, plus member-only videos and training.

What are my options if I want to rejoin?

  • Individual Membership — full personal access to the ACXPA platform.
  • Business Membership — allocate Individual Memberships to your team and manage access centrally.
  • Vendor Membership — for CX suppliers, includes directory listings and promotional opportunities (plus memberships you can allocate).

How long does membership last?

Memberships run for 12 months and renew annually.

What happens when I upgrade?

Your existing login stays the same. Once you choose a membership type, your access updates immediately — no new account, no lost preferences.

Can I access member content if I buy a Business or Vendor Membership?

Yes. The purchaser holds the admin (“parent”) account. You can allocate one of the included Individual Memberships to yourself to access the full member platform, and allocate additional memberships to team members.
